a freak toe accident led T to the doctors last week. the routine blood test showed high levels of painkillers, diuretics and anabolic steroid* (which is a type of performance enhancing drugs)

* in case you are wondering, anabolic steroids are drugs which mimic the effects of the male sex hormones testosterone. this increases protein synthesis within cells, which helps the buildup of cellular tissue, especially in muscles

children beware, anabolic steroids also have properties that help maintain and promote masculine characteristics such as the growth of the vocal cords and body hair

despite recent sightings of T with a mo (short for moustache), her publicist denies the allegations

her london based family could not raise the funds, so she is now being flown to the la jail cell where britney spears was housed

while T attended to some 'family' business last sunday, K (vijay amritraj's ex - V is a former wimbo player and james bond extra) and i went to the british broadcasting channel’s proms

although there are countless self help books on what not to do at weddings, this is a quick guide if one doesn't have days to spare to read books with limited pictures

things that make others stare (not in a good "i'm checking you out" way)
1. stealing wine from the kid's table
2. dancing with boys who look like they could be 17 (even if they look like they are about to turn 17 in the following 2 months)
3. eating other guests' chocolates

things that are ok to do
1. dance with dan's dad

1 &2. a bride and groom (wedding 101) .. though this was a breath-taking bride and very handsome "groom"
