hair loss in women is more common than you think

T was again rushed to hospital after od'ing (that is slang for overdose) on hair and nail tablets on friday night (she had mistakenly taken them instead of her headache pills)
i had just returned home (after a LFW event) to find T lying on teh stairs. at first, i thought it was a practical joke, so i just carried onto my room
however, i was alarmed to see her still lying there at 5am (on my way to get a glass of water)
i poked her and she didn't respond... alarm bells from a car across the road started ringing (which was annoying as i was trying to concentrate)... i had seen this in movies before, so i called 111 and they came to the rescue
she is in critical, but stable condition at a uk based hospital (i sneakily took this pic of T at the hospital grounds)

we are aware that hair loss in women is a taboo subject, but be assured that it does not necessarily mean you're not a proper women who has two x chromosomes.
there are many claimed remedies for female hair loss, but before taking any, you need to ask yourself, which treatments are medically proven to work and which are not? hair transplantation is probably your best option

question from readers

dear J & T,
i really enjoy reading your blog. i find it both educational and witty. i am a big fan
in order not to miss out, i subscribed with my rss* feed thing. however, it hasn't lit up with a new post in a looooooooooong time. can you please check with your IT department to confirm if there is a problem with the rss feed
MD

dear MD,
thank you for bringing this to our attention. we have checked with the IT guys from my work, and they assured me that the rss feed is working. in saying that, we received the following correspondence from another fan which made us think...after many meetings, we believe we've found a solution. essentially, the problem, and cause of the issue, is that we are on summer break and as such, haven't blogged for a long time (we trust you have now received an rss feed thing)
kindest regards
J&T

*an rss (which is an acronym for a really simply syndication) is part of a family of web feed formats used to publish regularly updated works ... such as blog entries, news headlines etc. in a standardised format. if you are interested in getting one, please get in touch and we will forward your query to MD

guess what former grecian goddess made last night

if you answered classic italian casserole dish (lasagna+; lasagne in plural) then you are correct

luckily T miscalculated and ran out of 'sheets' to cover all the dish... so she let us nibble at the uncovered corner. please note that the image above is not the lasagna she made - uncovered area is not to scale - in fact, what were allowed to eat was only a fraction the size... it would not even fill up a bulimic
but, in all fairness, it was delicious; the receipe was handed down to T by her mum and dad (who fyi , i had an ever so slight crush on once, a long time ago) via her sister L (seen here with her once convicted husband M)

contact the chanel 4 website for this come dine with me winner
