venns are brilliant, because not only do they illustrate the level of overlap between campaign elements (tv, print, instore etc)*, and therefore their effectiveness and efficiencies, or lack there-of, but they are also a good way of grouping "everyday" people

*although this is not dissimilar to circles of trust, in all honesty, it's a slightly different concept

most (more than half) of our friends who live in w210 fit into the above
there aren't many deaf people, which is why it's a smaller circle

below are statemetns some deaf people have made:
how many times is it appropirate to say "what?" before you just nod and smile because you still didn't hear what they said?
nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realise (due to your deafness) you're wrong - this also has the potential to apply to non deaf people too

others (who aren't deaf) have asked:
what would happen if you ran over a ninja?
how are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?
what do i do, when after meeting a new person, i accidentally mention something they haven't told me, but i have learned from some light internet stalking?

A while ago J made a potentially life changing decision that never really came to fruition. see the below email dated 03/08/09

the management team got suspicious when oli (who was cc'ed into that email, and co-incidently used to live in W10) didn’t show up to work. the cleaner told us that oli loved the idea so much that he decided he would be the first to cycle to australia for "charity". he left approximately 1 year ago... (and started a blog: http://www.cyclingtotheashes.com/)
you may remember a few of his cameo appearances in W210 the series like the time he attempted to eat 1000 raisins in 1 hour for £10...he failed (only managing 980) and was not very well for a few days after. 
we recieved word and this picture from oli today that he has made it to oz and more importantly has consumed his first raisins since that fateful day!

... but there is more to bob, for as we discovered, he was once asked to be a musketeer and/ or the guitarist for "take that" - the boy band
also, he seems to be a big deal in the fashion industry - he was our ticket to lfw this year

you've got male

J (aka +1) and i ("rob fay" - my pre surgery name) headed down to leicester square last night for for the closing show of london fashion week- ozwald boeteng, which included 100 male models. it was a good collection (www.vogue.co.uk/news/daily/100922-menswear-day-opens.aspx) all the beautiful people turned out including vanessa feltz jo woods. to be honest, not that many beaufitul people turned out...

our reluctant new friend "christian"* (http://www.stylesage.co.uk/) was on hand to take photos (pics coming soon!)

*although initially lying to us about his real name, we discovered "christian" is studying tax law, is an undercover toff (he left his pinky ring at home) although we can confirm he does not have a double barrell surname, has a hot 70 year old step father who is very rich, an only child (although has a few step brothers and sisters), was born in 1988, making him approximately 12, lives in WC2
(we trust we haven't left any other important information out... unless he was lying to us)

*be careful what you wish for. i once used my one wish on asking for perpetually clean hair. yes, my hair is always fabulously shiny and clean but i do regret my decision as i feel it was a somewhat wasted wish.
