J is a business woman.
below are a few of her infallible tips on how to make it to the top and stay there.
1) protein shakes- when you don't have time to eat this is what gets you through the day. J recommends Chemical Nutrition - Pro mass (Vanilla) and Maximuscle Promax when she needs that extra kick.
2) become a speed reader- speed reading courses are often on offer on the popular internet website groupon (http://www.groupon.com/)
3) get a couple of minions - you could do with all the extra help you can get. J prefers really good looking ones with the same shoe size as her so they can break in her louboutins.
J is in the process of writing a self help book for business women, in-between being extremely busy and important.

love is in the air.....
lots of exciting wedding news on the grove....
after a tumultuous courtship M and N have finally tied the knot!
M looked breathtaking in her gorgeous dress- at the last minute she decided to lose the fairylights and heavy battery packs from under her dress....only because KW refused to hold the fire extinguisher and was heard saying that this is where she drew the line on maid of honour duties and unfortunately the suave cavendish square venue was big on health and safety.
J & T sat frow..(well 2nd row from the front, in the parents row, so that's pretty much the same thing). The moving ceremony was followed by loads of champagne and dancing. The bridesmaids and back up bridesmaids were all on hand to make sure a good time was had by all. PW gave an emotional best man speech, groomzilla N looked handsome and completely smitten with the beautiful M...

Mil & Tom (aka James Franco) finally get hitched in sunny SA this weekend... due to probation issues J & T wont be there in body..but certainly in spirit. all the best for the big day M & T- we love your work.
and a huge congratulations to K and C. yes people they're engaged!! according to unconfirmed rumours the romantic proposal took place during a hyde park picnic, C got down on one knee in a yoda costume.. whatever floats your boat is what we say. the pair have refused to comment on whether or not the wedding will have a star wars theme.

picture this
you're stranded at arts club on a random wed night, it's good music, and you're dancing (please note that this pic was not taken at arts club, and some of the people are used to denote/ stand in for otehrs, while some are playing themselves. e.g. A is missing) ...
when out of the blue you are approached by a cutie - he thinks he's 22, though looks 18 (he has a baby face he protests). he is still living at home wiht his parents (just off high st ken) ... this guy's dad is loaded!

macgyver - an 80s hero who only needs a toilet roll and a metal coathanger to get you out of any situation
gok - who can turn any old kitchen cloth into a top

philanthropy; why not?
"tom", from tom and mil (or james as he's otherwise known) could do with your helpif you are employed, then this could be the perfect opportunity for your business to give back to less fortunate ones in the community... every business needs a good CSR (corporate social responsibility) strategy
if you are not employed, it's still nice to be nice to less fortunate ones

we will miss winter
there is something very heartwarming and comforting about the unified pessimism that winter brings.
the glamorous greyness of london was disrupted yesterday afternoon as the sun shone for a few minutes...
it took me by surprise, and shook me to the core... although i've been through many seasons before, i'm not a huge fan of change. feelings of nostalgia overwhelmed me as i tried to prioritise the things i would miss most about winter;
* earmuffs, which were personally introduced to me by inventor KW...not only do they keep your ears warm, and look cool, but they also provide protection from the noise of the outside world
* take me out; a tv programme taht is so so bad, it is good (and even better on our new non 13 inch tv)...this has to be our fav contestant to date; jake the cake
* albinos
... the only upside of summer that i could think of, is that finally, we will be able to smile and not have our teeth freeze
